I'm training to be a personal trainer and this was a great read! It's always good to know what not to do, especially from someone with experience (not a 23 year old behind a desk)..

I'm new in the field of Personal Training and I would like to say I will keep those words of wisdom in mind. I've alway had a passion for the human body and working out. Although postive reinforcement is a must when working with clients, knowing your weakness as a trainer is offten over looked. I like the set up of your gym and the down to buisness attitude.
