Jason, I absolutely love this style of training - BadAss!! You train and eat like a caveman - do you "practice" the Paleo diet?

Jason -

Holy crap! It's awesome to find a source of thought about fitness and training online like yours.

Coming from a wrestling background and always having focused on bodyweight exercises and compound movements, I have frequently encountered resistance from overweight and underweight friends trying to train to improve their condition. People seem to be brainwashed by the Gold's Gym mentality!

The same is equally true of my own studies in nutrition, which have lead to my feelings about processed food and animal products conflicting with the mainstream on a regular basis (actually my last post on my website was of a similar nature to some of your thoughts here).

Keep doing what you're doing brother - people like you are bringing "common sense" strength and conditioning thought into the mainstream! I wish I lived closer to the gym.
